Kurl-On — Mattress deformed. kurlon not replying to complaint

I registered complaint for kurlobond matress for deformation. Tn 88729 on 16th aug. The person told me that someone will call me asap. now more than 15 days are over no one has attended to my complaint. Please dont buy kurl on mattres as they are not good quality and on top of that no one will hear to your complaint.
