Kurl - On — mattress less than 1 year old, has started sagging | |||||
I bought a kurlon mattress last year 17/5/2017. Its been almost a month since i have been following up with them regarding sagging issue in my mattress. The product comes with 2 years warranty. I have been asking them to look into the matter but there has been absolutely no response from them. Its really disheartening to see such a brand turn a blind eye towards its consumers once their product is sold and no promises or warranties are covered once the product comes faulty. Its just pathetic service and product from kurlon. Just not acceptable and need a speedy resolution asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I used scissor to cut the cover of the bed..by mistake i cut the small piece of bed..can you exchange the bed

V bought a Kurl on Mattress before 6 years which has 10 years warranty.. It's now shapeless, creating hectic body pain... I can feel the Spring from top of bed.. It's not soft anymore.. I think it's gone.
So now, what can I do with the warranty, , is there any exchange / service / replacement offer available ??
