Kurl-On — Mattress Pressed/Bend from Center. Quality is very Bad

I bought your Kurl-on RELAX foam Mattress 3 months back. I was told by your authorized Dealer, that you can buy Kurl on mattress without having any doubt or worry. The quality of the product is very good. But now, It is totally pressed from the center. It is completely bend from the center and its really very difficult to sleep on your mattress.It started giving me a backache.It is very sad to say that such a big company makes such product. I request you to kindly replace the mattress. I am attaching the picture of the condition of new bought mattress. Please have a look. In Photo It might not look bend but it is..
