Kurl-On — mattress quality is worse | |||||
Hi, We bought kurlon mattresses on 21/06/2017, one month back but the mattresses are not in good condition, facing body pain issue. We log the complaint on 24/07/2017 and the technician visit and said that sagging issue is there and gave confirmation saying that the mattresses will be replaced with in 7 working days, Now customer care team is saying that they received a feedback that mattress are okay. I too purchased a Kurlon Ortho mattress about 2 months back thinking it would provide proper support and good sleep. But from the next day itself I have suffered back pain. Initially I thought it might take some time to get adjusted, but the pain didn't go away. For the last one month I haven't been able to sleep well at all. Wake up several times a night due to back pain, and when I get up in the morning my back is totally sore and I feel tired. Never expected this horrible quality mattress from a brand like Kurlon. Have registered a complaint, let's see
