Kurl-On — Mattresses shape changed

Mattress shape changed and bend from both the sides, the dealer from where we purchased this now the shop is not there.
we are calling continuedly to customer care but no response from them also
the detail which come on side of mattresses is also not there.
kindly suggest what should i do ?
