SIR, I PURCHASED KURLOBOND 2 NOS MATTRESS AT SRI LAXMI FURNITURE, NEREDMET, Hyderabad on 13th May 2015. I received same on 14th night around 7pm. On 15th May i complained that the delivered mattress was damaged and to replace.(plz see the picture). The damage is mattress backside cover is not properly jointed. Till now no response from him. He always admit that company people will come and see.Till now no one is come from company. I request you kindly replace the mattress immediately. P.
