Kurl-On — No Update on prepaid Mattress order

Ref: Order NO. #4215

I had placed an online order for an Everfirm mattress ( 78x36x4) on 9th May, 2023. I was told an update will be send regarding the same. But till date I haven't heard anything. I have called the customer service multiple times but they seem to be very incompetent and have no information about my order whatsoever. They do not know how to deal with customer complaint and keep saying their senior is not available and that they will pass on the information to the senior and somebody will call back. But nobody gets back, I have tagged them on Twitter too but no solution yet. I am worried that my money is lost . Please either deliver my order or refund the money I paid.
