I am Dr Amarjeet Gambhir from Ludhiana, Punjab. This is in reference to my complaint lodged in Feb 2015 with Kurlon helpline regarding sagging of a pair of Kurlo-coir mattress (Complaint No TN79182). I had bought the mattresses from Jaimal Singh & Son’s, Ludhiana (Invoice No. 640, dated[protected] with a 2 year free replacement guarantee & 2 year rebate warranty. Inspection of the mattresses was done by Mr Amardeep on[protected]Ref No RF07899) and I was assured that the mattresses being in the guarantee period would be replaced free of cost within 7-10 days. I would like to bring to our notice that it has been more than 2 months since then but the defective mattresses are yet to be replaced. I have called the Kurlon helpline 3-4 times since then & every time I was assured that I will receive a call from the zonal customer care regarding the same, but I have not received a single call from anyone from the company till now. I have also called the inspector, Mr Amardeep 2-3 times but have only got lame excuses from him.
I am experiencing a lot of discomfort because of the sagged mattresses & am very surprised by the indifferent & unprofessional attitude of the company. I request you to kindly look into the matter & get the mattresses replaced as soon as possible.

Kurl-On — Bought a kurlon mattries in Guntur really waste company and worst service
Really the company is waste solving customer grevience. Have to sue this company and have to make a complaint to customer forum for worst service. Sick of this. Will never buy anything from this brand
