I had purchased a Kurlon mattress for 42000/- in March. The mattress is little oversized and we have have been trying to contact customer care people to help resolve the issue. its been almost a month the lazy bum customer care folks don't move, doesn't bother to reply.
Customer care attendants have no manners as to how to talk to customers.
Our issue has not been resolved at all till now.
The zonal office doesn't bother to respond to client queries. We have to keep calling them.
