Dear Sir/Madam. I had made complain through complain ID No. 2838854 on dated 22/03/2021 for replacing of defective pure coir mattress and after lodging complain your had mailed me to take action in several days . 11 days have already been gone but no action has been taken in this subject. Pl. take necessary steps to change the defective mattress.
