Kurl-On — Not replacing the mattress under the warranty
I have registered a complaint on 13 Aug 2016 and the complaint number is 1489873, that there is sagging for the mattress purchased by me in April 2012. A technician has visited our house and shared the information that you are eligible to continue with you complaint as there is a sagging more than 1.5 inch. he has taken all the photographs and bills copies also. The model of the mattress is KURLON Classic. As per the mentioned model this eligible for the replacement.
I have made number of calls to kurlon customer care people to provide me status of the approval and the date to replace. After three escalations and calling the team again and again, I have received a statement on September 29 2016 that this is covered under the repair policy so you need to pay 75% of the new kurlon mattress to get it replaced. Then I have asked the same executive to arrange me a call back to provide me the right reason. They never reverted to me back until today.
Their customer service is worst and what the seller would say and the company warranty are different.
