Kurl-On — Poor quality mattress. Money needs to be refunded.

I had bought a Kurlon Mattress- Ortho magic in August 2020 from Guwahati, Assam.
The product has a warranty of 7 years.
The product was bought from M/s G.P.Enterprise, RGB Road, Guwahati vide invoice no GPE/G/209 dated 20.8.2020.

After about 4months o[censored]se, the mattress has become sunken / depressed in the middle and is causing much discomfort.
I am attaching pictures of the mattress. It may please be noted that the sunken part is not visible properly in the photos.

As the product has become defective after using for only 4 months, I took up the matter with the Co and requested for a refund. The company asked for details to file complaint and same was sent on 30.3.2021. But there is no response after that.

I request that Kurlon may be asked to refund me the amount of Rs 21, 000/

I was informed vide SMS that my complaint was rejected as sagging measurement was not given. I took advice from Customer complaint of Kurlon on how to give measurement. Thereafter, sagging measurement was given on 19.5.2021. The sagging measurement was 1.90 inches. Till date there is no response from the Company.
