Kurl-On — Problem with mermaid mattress

We purchased mermaid mattress from your dealer "sunrise" in goregaon e.
Within week we realized the mattress is very uncomfortable and gives body pain. We approached the dealer multiple times and he assured us some action. After couple of weeks, we lodged a complaint with kurlon customer service (#1682841).
It has been almost 3 weeks since then, no one from kurlon has called or approached us.
When i try to contact the complaint number now, it is not working.
Hope someone takes action to resolve our problem.
