Hi,
I opened case#2752908, on 29th june 2017 with kurlon. We have purchased a kurlon "relish" model, king size mattress, within year body was paining and reported the spring pop ups. Kurl engineer came and inspected the product and reported the same. The above case is still not getting updated by them., whenever we call they say that case is not getting updated for replacement and will not be replaced, the case is closed, etc...
Pls help me, after paying so much and as per their policy, they have to replace or repair, our mattress.
