Kurl-On — Product not received, no tracking mechanism for orders

I ordered bonnel spring mattress, marvel series, measuring 72x60x5 vide order no. Oa00161 dated october 25, 2016. The order was placed online on kurlon's website.

After calling the customer care, i was told that it will be delivered within 4-5 days. However, there is no tracking mechanism and even the company officials are not able to confirm status of order. An email sent to [protected]@kurlon.org has gone unanswered.
