I had bought Kurlon Klassic model from Haryana Handlooms, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 18th Feb 2015. In a few days, I realised the stitches had come off from one side. I made my first complaint as TN80969 on 17th March 2015. The technician came and verified the product is a damaged one and said it will be replaced. I received no further communication thereafter. After few days, when i called the customer care, I found that the issue has been closed with the reason that it has exceeded one month which is as per their policy. I had made another complaint which again got closed with the same reason. I made my third complaint as TN97854 on 23rd Jan 2016. I had been assured by customer care executives that i will receive a call back and that my mattress will be replaced. I had discussed with Team lead, Dilip Singh, and Manager, Umesh Kumar. Yesterday when i called, the customer care executive, Praveen, said the issue has been closed and the manager has left the company and Team lead is on leave. He said rudely that i need a very strong reason to get it replaced. I am left with no option on how to mend the damages. The mattress had cost me Rs 23000 and was assured the post-service is very good. But this is pathetic. This is why I am making a complaint here. Was this information helpful? |
