Kurl-On — Purchase a sofa but damaged within 3 months

I already raise my complain few months ago and my compliant id is 1956553.No any response received form company side or seller side.I think this is my worst experience with kurlon.I purchase da best quality sofa with high price but it damaged withing few months.

Try to resolve my issues as early as possible.
