Kurl-On — regarding double bed mattress

I am trying to call for the logged the complaint via toll free no-[protected] and 81500103 but no budy responding.. I got a double bed mattress from chhabra furniture govind nagar kanpur on 9-july-2019. While taking the mattress, it was told that the mattress will remain flat and not be truckle. But after a year, both the mattresses are truckled inside when they sit or lie down. Due to which there is a pain in the waist while lying down.

For your information i have attached mattress sticker pic. Kindly replace my both mattress.
