Kurl-On — Regarding Sagging of Mattress.

I have purchased one double bed dream sleep mattress from your reputed company, here some major sagging issue in my mattress for which I talked several times with your customer care executives but all of you taking no interest in this matter. I really don't believe that the after sale service of your reputed company is such type so I am so much disappointed so please go through this matter and either replace the mattress or repair it otherwise unfortunately I am going towards consumer forum.
