The matter is that I have purchased two pure coir mattress on 21/10/2020 from M/s Rajdhani Coir at Bhubaneswar(odisha) but after buying these I saw that the width of the two mattress are different to each other and regarding replacement of defective mattress I had made two Nos. complaints vide No. 2190869 & 2190870 on 28/11/2020 and after getting instruction from your customer manager I whatsapped the images of two mattress on 02/01/2021. But till date no response or action has been taken at your end. Pl. do something for replacing the defective one with new one.
