We had purchased dreamsleep model of kurl on mattress on 15/06/2017 for our guest room, whenever we sleep on it we fell extreme body pain so we registered our complaint to company's customer care toll free no. About this matter. After repeat reminders, company sent their expert to check the mattress. We shown him mattress, invoice and its warranty card, after inspection he was also agreed about its fault and assured me to replace these within 3-4 days working days and asked me to pay 20% of its cost as per warranty terms but after 7 days their team gave me call (Mobile no.[protected]) and told me to pay 80% of its cost to replace it. I have also sent them photo of warranty card on stated mobile to see their warranty terms but no action is taken by them. Was this information helpful? |
