Kurl - On — Sagging in some areas

Hello,
I have registered a complaint against kurlon mattresses about sagging effect at some parts. My complaint I'd : 2091653. I was registered complaint on[protected] till I have sent the required documents for 3 times via mail and watsapp also as they asked me send. Till now I didn't get any information from their side. This is very unsatisfactory from my side. I have called to customer care for so many times but no response from their side.
