I am have bed sagging issue from the day 1 brought bed. I did complained twice.
Post on inspection no one tell us what's sagging meassure and we never get reply from kurl on post visit remarks.
I have became victim of back pain due to this defected bed. We haven't used bed regularly from last 1 year.
When i raised complaint 2nd time (Number: (299869)
They approved and said now you are in 3rd year of warranty and we will give only 4k as discount on other bed purchase. I paid 14.5 for bed.
As bed is in in same state from years why the sagging issues is approved now and not before?
I would ask for full refund of my money paid and you can take out the bed.
I need full refund at least plus responsibility of our medical condition and pay penalty for same too. (I have hospital scans for backpain)
