I purchased a mattress from Kurl-on. The mattress has sagging issues and is within warranty. I raised complaint (No. 9428993) on 4th Feb 2022. I have been waiting on their update for almost last one month. When calling customer care they say will reply in 24-48 hours but there is no response thereafter.
The current sagging without anyone sitting is 1.7 inch and when someone sits it goes more in.
I have a slip disc issue and my back is getting further aggreviated due to this.
