Kurl-On — sagging issue of mattress | |
I purchased Super Deluxe Kurl-on mattress on 29.04.2015 of size 78*75*5 worth rupees 19000/-. The warranty certificate was given for 03 years. But recently I lodged one complaint for sagging issue of the said mattress with complain no. 4723827. The company arranged for a Technician visit on 07.02.2018 who has recorded sagging issue and also took pictures of my mattress as well as all relevant documents. On inquiry to customer care on 09.02.2018, I came to know that the issue is under check and the details will be given to me within 2 to 3 days. But till today i.e. on 15.02.2018, nobody contacted me regarding the issue. Rather, when I called the customer care, they told that one more technician will come to carry out one more survey of the mattress and the documents. Being a customer, I only know that the company should intimate it's customer all information related to a complaint and they have faith on their technician's report whatever it is. Sending technician one more time to revisit for the same issue may not also solve the purpose at all. This is not at all desirable from such a huge company who is a leading mattress brand. May be this was my last purchase from Kurl-on. Was this information helpful? | |
