I purchased your products on last year and I facing uncomfortable on bed nature of problem sagging. Product name: Relax Nature of complaints :Sagging Purchased date: 8.3.2014 Shop name : Rajan radio sales corporation Place : Harur, Dharmapuri(Dr) State:Tamilnadu In this case I raised the compliant on dt 20.01.2015 next day I received complaint No:TN77880 But Still now I didn't get any service call from near by Coimbatore centre. I need to know what is the lead time to close service call your concern.
