Kurl-On — Sagging of kurl on mattress

We had purchased mattresses in March 2021 and they have sagged since last 3 months. Raised a cimplaint with the vendor but no solution provided till now

Tried to raise complaint with the vendor and even tried to register the mattresses on kurlon website but no solution could be provided. Urgwnt solution required
