Kurl - On — spoiled Kurlon bed & cot

We bought kurlon bed and cot (kurlon set) on end of feb 2013.but our matress went out of shape within 8-10 months.and our cot broke on 24th april 2014 and we filed complaint for matress on jan 2014 and cot complaint on 28 april 2014.complaint id TN62479.We have called more than 30 times.but no response from kurlon.sort ot this issue as soon as possible
