Kurl-On — Stitch coming off from Kurlon Foldable mattress

Summary : i bought the kurlon foldable matters (3 folds matters) on 30-nov-2019 from the kurlon outlead in bangalore. Product was offered with one year warranty after 8 months one of the folds matters stiching came off. I have been following up with kurlon for last one month regarding this issues there is no respones from kurlon and they have close the complaint stating that stiching issues should be raised within 15 days of purchase. As customer, i expected the kurlon is response for the stiching issues also as there is no customization customer has done on product and it is within warrnaty period it is response of the company to provide the service or replacement of the product

I had multiple followup calls regarding my complaint no#1864644 with the customer care via email and phone calls [protected] and [protected].
There is no update from kurlon customer care end for the last 15 days, when the product is under warranty.

2-aug customer whatsapp pics of the product and invoice copy shared in whatsapp number#[protected]
7-aug customer email reach out to customercare email for any update on complaint#1864644

7-aug customer phone got update it will take 8 workdays for department updated regarding complaint#1864644 from 03-aug
17-aug customer phone reach out[protected] regarding the complaint#1864644 after 10 workdays (Mon to fri).
Got update by 19-aug their will be update from the department and they will contact me with the details
18-aug customer care whatsapp reachout asking for product pics and invoice copy
18-aug customer whatsapp shared the product pics and invoice copy
20-aug customer email reaching out to customer care for update unable to reach [protected] or[protected] for update.
As there is no update from the kurlon.

24-aug customer phone i was informed that stitching issues should be reported within 15 days of the product bought, it is mentioned in the warranty card
(I haven't got warranty card, when i bought the product from kurlon outlet)
Even that doesn't sound right as the product is covered on the warranty and stitching issues should be also covered as it is standard out of box product there is no additional customization which customer has added

I have attached the email chains, from the above chain of events. There is one follow up from kurlon asking for the product pics and invoice which was shared 15 days back. I am planning to take up a legal route as there is no update on the email chains for the last one month.
