Kurl-On — Stitching problem

I had bought 2 kurlon legend mattress in the month of july from united trade link bangalore rajajinagar but the stitching of one of it has been coming loose .i have been trying to contact your customer care number for the past week but got no response . so i need a check on it and need a replacement as it is in the warranty period immediately
