Kurl-On — The faulty stitching of mattress | |||||
I bought a kurlon matress before 4 years. When i purchased, it was having a loose cover and it was not properly fit on the matress. I asked to the dealer to correct it but he told that it will automatically be adjusted according the the matress after some time but it was same for these much years. Then i complaint to customer care and some ritesh ghosh came to my home on 14 sept 2016 to check it. He told that somebody will come again to attend the issue and correct it. But nobody came. After waiting for almost 6 months i again called to customer care in the month of apr 2017. Then one person came to repair it. He stitched the sides of matress to make the cover tighter. He did the job but it resulted in making the look and feel of the matress even worse. The hand stitching was such a raw and un-professional type. I am not at all happy with the service of kurlon. I was expecting a better service from curlon. Then i called again customer care on 12 april 2017 and got a number of a dealer of kolkata but he is not attending the phone even after several dials in last two days. Dont know how i will get proper solution of my issue or kurlon will keep this issue lingering this way only... Waiting for the response Was this information helpful? | |||||
