Mattress is under 2 years warranty but went bad within 6 months. Contacted Kurlon and they said it could be a possible manufacturing defect. They informed that the mattress could be replaced. I have been constantly following up but could not get a proper response. I have emailed them and also sent documents on Whatsapp as requested but they are not responding. I have been calling since 07/08/2020 and every time they say that the complaint has been looked into. I have attached the complaint mail that was sent to them along with the purchase receipt.
