Kurl-On — Worst service by. (don't buy kurlon)... worst service | |||
Hi all, I ranadeep reddy, from nandyal (kurnool district) andhra pradesh, In nov2015, i purchased mattress from kurl-on dealer... After 7 months, as product is very poor quality, (striches or threading) has been out, I raised compliant with distributor, as distributor requested me to call kurl-on customer service (cs), they visited site and taken few pictures of poor quality mattress, and i called lot of times to get result, Final result is (they can't do any thing)... Kurl-on cs saying they are not responsible for there product... Please dont buy the product. Was this information helpful? | |||

Mattresses are collapsed from.the place where.we use to sit on regular basis.which is not expected from such an old reputed.company.kindly resolve.the.same.at the earliest.I have already approached the dealer last month but all in vain.
