Kurukshetra University — Result unblock after re-evaluation date

I am b.a. 2nd year student from kuk university
My roll number is 4306639
The last date to fill my 3rd sem re-evaluation form was 18 July 2020.
Even after my full fees were clear, the university held my result and after the last date, the result was blocked, due to which I could not fill the re-evaluation form.
My future is in danger please help me
