KyaZoonga.com — fifa under 17 world cup ticket

I have booked ticket using my credit card through on line for under 17 fifa world cup semifinal match scheduled on 25th october at kolkata yesterday. Inr 100.00 has been deducted from my credit card account. But no confirmation & information received from your end regarding the ticket..
I have sent complaint to customer care of kyazoonga vide complaint no 29805. But no response from your end till now.
Please arrange to revert back asap & resolve my issue at the earliest.
