I have today bought 2 fifa u-17 world cup ticket for final in kolkata venue from online fifa website on 7th july. But at the end due to some complete fault of the company kyazoonga i am seeing that my money has been debited but i haven't got the tickets. I have called several times to customer care but yet to get my money back. I have updated them to refund my money but after that no responce. Ammount deducted rs. 318.
