We would like to thank you for sharing your experience with us though it is unfortunate that you had to deal with such an issue. We’re sorry to hear about this. However, since our products are made of glass, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation or usage, which may result in the breakage later in one-off cases.

Kindly share with us the following details and pictures so that we can review this matter justifiably & get back to you with an appropriate solution –

1. A few clear pictures of the broken cup/s with the design clearly visible.
2. No. of pieces that have broken
3. An image of the bill
4. A picture of the top side of the box & price sticker too.
5. Your full address with contact number
