However, since our products are made of glass, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation or usage, which may result in the breakage later in one-off cases. You need not worry about this.
Kindly send us the following details and pictures on mail ([protected]@laopala.in) so that we can review this matter justifiably & get back to you with an appropriate solution –
1. A few clear pictures of the broken bowl with the design clearly visible.
2. No. of pieces that have broken
3. An image of the bill
4. A picture of the top side of the box & price sticker too.
5. Your full address with contact number

We have mistakenly mentioned 'broken bowl' instead of 'coffee mug" in point no. 1. Kindly ignore the same. As mentioned by you, it's a coffee mug.
