Last year i bought two lakme 9 to 5 lipsticks, one for me and the other for my sister in law from shoppers stop in shipra mall, indrapuram, ghaziabad district. Mine broke within first week and probably hers also broke in a week or two.

Recently another friend was criticizing this product and to our shock we realized that the same thing happened to us. The only difference was we didn't think of raising up this complaint with lakme!!

After looking on this forum and knowing that this product is extremely low quality, lakme should compensate us suitably. I urge that a good brand like lakme shouldn't stoop down to such a level to earn profits.
