Sir/ma'am,
I had been using lakme products from many years and trusted the brand a lot.
But on june 18, 2019. I purchased a lipstick (Lakme enrich satin, p 149) from an authorized seller, at (Merit queen, galaxy mall, asansol, west bengal) and after using it i got severe allergic reaction on my lips. It not only left my lips dry and scaly but the condition became worse and immediately i had to seek medical help.
Even now my lips are not normal and i am advised not to use any cosmetic product till it is completely treated.
I am very disappointed with this as it has damaged my appearance and i am still suffering.
I trust the brand a lot, so i am raising a complain so that proper investigation can be done and right steps can be taken to check where was the discrepancy and the brand does not lose its faith and fame.

Hoping, lakme will definitely take measures asap to retain its popularity and consumers.

Today I opened a fresh sealed pack of the Kajal AB *#04/18 use before 09/20 and the Kajal stick has a layer of white fungus on it.
I’m sure it can’t be used like this, and it isn’t even expired. This is very disappointing, makes me feel I cannot trust this product or purchase it again.
