[Resolved]  Lakme — complaint on serious integrity, behavioral and harassment issues against trainer and owner at lakme academy thane

Hi aptech/lakme academy team,

The way lakme academy thane franchisee owner (Mr. Santosh) is spoiling the brand name of lakme and aptech, surely this is going to bring a lot of disrepute for you.

I am listing out the issues at thane centre of lakme academy. Even after so many serious integrity issues and behavioral complaints against makeup trainer mr. Prashant sundriyal the franchisee owner has not taken any action against him.

Trainer is running his own training center (Celeb's touch - where experts gain expertise) and telling students to pay money to them instead of paying it to lakme academy. He has offered this even to my wife saying that there is nothing in syallabus of lakme acadeny and if you pay me personally i will teach you much more than what is there in syllabus. As per trainer lakme's syllabus is all bogus. Below is link of his training centre page on facebook which is still operational even after 1.5 months of complaint:

When i informed mr. Santosh about this act of trainer then i was horribly surprised to know that he is already aware of it. He started backing the trainer saying that this page was created long back. You can access this page and can judge yourself that when it was created and for what purpose it was created.

This page was created around 20th of march and trainer was regularly posting the work done by my wife and other students on his personal fb page saying that this work is done by his students. Also, the trainer used to be engaged in shooting personal videos and doing personal stuff most of the time (Although now it has stopped because students raised it many times) and replies bluntly if students asks queries/doubts. This has happened several times with my wife also, hence highlighting.

Apart from this also there are several other misbehavior by trainer and owner which i have raised to lakme, aptech and unilever customer care. Awaiting their response.

Soon i am going to file a police complaint against them. Also, a complaint in consumer forum has been raised already.
