[Resolved]  Lakme — damaged product

I bought a lakme eyeliner from jain beauty corner, madhu vihar, delhi-110092
They sold me a liner which was defective and the lid of the liner also came out when i opened it.
Although, i went to get it exchanged but the
Store manager started blaming the company about it.
And said that the company doesn’t do anything so go and talk to the company itself.

I have purchased a 9to5 lipstick shade no. CB3 from big bazaar diamond plaza last week which does not stays on my lips even for an hour. Big bazaar is not accepting the product back what is the benefit of purchasing a lipstick worth 450 if it does not fulfill my requirement. Want my cash back.
