[Resolved]  Lakme — qod treatment. absolute rip off

Never ever go to lakme salon. The beauticians are stupid, and don’t know their work. Last saturday i went to the lakme salon kharghar for a cysteine treatment. Which was earlier told to me was for 7000/- for my hair. But when i went their they said instead go for qod which is better and will cost you only 500/- more. Turns out it was for 9000/- because they decided that now the price for my hair for cysteine is going to be 8500/-. And mind you, none of these prices are available on the rate card. So i agree hesitantly thinking they are aware of what they are suggesting me to get done.
Then comes the treatment. The dude does not wash my hair because he thinks “it will become dry”. And straight away starts to apply the product to my hair. He keeps repeating “usually we use 60ml of the product in the hair but for you we will use 90ml and now i will have to explain this to the management”. Who talks like that?? Keeps repeating that at least 3 times as though he is doing so for free. My point being, my hair is right in front of you, you suggest things accordingly. I come back the next day and after ironing my hair for the last time doesn’t wash my hair properly again. After drying my hair the dude makes exactly 4 snips to take some dry hair out. Only from selective places. It cannot even be considered as trimming. They suggest me to buy de fabulous reviver shampoo and conditioner so i do. And the manager tries to charge me 850/- for the “haircut”. I told her that he didn’t even give me a trim so she brings it down to 550/-. After 3 days when i washed my hair it was drier than before. Difficult to brush and braking from in between. This is pathetic. My hair it in worse condition than before.
When i went back to talk to them about it, the salon manager was unavailable. Twice. And the people present only have this to say to me, “ ma’am, we cant help you only the manager can, please come later”. How many times do i go back? I work so cant go to them in the week.
I was already suffering from dry damaged hair and they have made it worse. And now they are unavailable to even discuss it. Is this what professional salon does? This is pathetic. Do something about this or i will take you to consumer court. This will also go to twitter and facebook. I will not let it go
