Dear sir/madam, I have been a client of lakme salon, for over 10 yrs. What disturbs me utter unprofessional-ism of staff in this store. Booking an appointment in the week means minimum one hour waiting. No one bothers about punctuality. Miss shreya who does my eyebrow and facial left me unattended and waste time of mine. Ms shreya were arguing regarding who should attend on another occasion. This facial took 3 hrs.
