Worst CUSTOMER CARE service, I have ever seen.
You people have ### up my life. I am just roaming around and around for my savings. People promise with all ### while we take a policy but later painfull experience hear we go with the issue I deposited rs.1, 40, 000 in September 2018 for gold chit scheme in MALLESHWARAM branch Bangalore. Now maturity time is over.
First communication on 11 Oct 2019- I have shared the photocopy of a bond to the manager and he promised to give the new bond for the purchase and they asked me to come on Wed/Thur for collecting the bond.
Second visit on 17 Oct 2019- when we visited the shop and the manager asked us to come on 23 Oct 2019 to collect the bond and asked to purchase on the same day.
The third visit on 23 Oct 2019-But today the store manager is asking us to come on next month for the bond in order to purchase the gold. This type of 3rd class service I am receiving from Lathis. I wish no one should take any plan with these thugs.
I hope you people will solve my issue on priority.
They never worried about retain their customersâ and not ready to accept their mistakes even we shared all these things in a proper manner with politeness.
Regret to choose Lalitha jewelers..instead of that, I should choose Grt who has many designs when compared to Lalitha. Guys be aware. when they don't treat customers well why will I beg them even though its mistake from your end..
