Lalitha Jewellery — Lalitha Jewelery customer service was very very disaster and there is no proper response from Vijayawada branch

They gave us duplicate pearls gold chain, which is around 75k when I purchase before 5 months after single use we observe. Color change and they told us we will give new product with in three weeks, it's been 7 weeks still they didn't return our product and even they didn't return our money.
So I recommend public motto go for Lalitha because I'm the customer sinceany years and I recommend my friends as well
