Worst customer care service, i have ever seen.
# service.. Can't you spend some time on educating your staff about the manners to speak to your customers instead on propaganda of your store.
I took the online scheme on november 28th 2018, and i am nri, since i paying online, today they are bluffing that it takes 5 days to credit to their account and as i paid on end of march, it will taken for april month and there is 1 month delay. What kind of online service is that.. Taking 5 days to credit to the account? They are bluffing they told this before... I am attaching the online documents i was given during joining the scheme.

The customer service in vizag are arrogant, i am nri and german citizen, is this the way.. The talk to customer...?# service, # people.

I got the reply from Branch Manager from Vizag, she corrected the installments.
I sincerely suggest to them.. "Do mention the terms and Conditions in the Brouchure" .. I can not tolerate this any other time.
I have purchased 2 pairs of gold ring, the sales man is taking us to the cash counter after the procedure they ask for thepayment
after making the payment the cashier habnds over the jewells to the sals man ?
once we paid the casd is not the duty of the cashier to hand over the jeeells to the customer
why he is handing over the things to the sales amn

khazana jewllers, once we select the jewel automatically it is come to the countetr assoon as we make the apyment the casier or the person sitting on the countert handover the jewels to the custometr
why the same procedure is not followed
