BSNL PHONE — Landline is dead

Our landline number is[protected]. Landline is not working and i have given the complaint in person to the bsnl southern regional office last week but no response so far.

BSNL LANDLINE DEAD — BSNL Landline no 25430520

The landline no 25430520 is dead since 2 to 3 days. Please do the needful at ur earliest.
This problem occurs frequently.

We make a railway ticket through netbanking on
Dt.09.10.09, TransactionID-TRTR/[protected]/[protected]
14:39:46/UB, Amount Rs.324, but ticket not received due to networking problem.This amt has not credited in my PNB A/C No.[protected].Please do the needful at ur earliest.

I HAVE 2 LAND LINES CONNECTIONS ([protected], [protected]).FOR PAST FOUR YEARS BOTH THE LANDLINES ARE NOT WORKING LAST YEAR IN OCT (2009) I MADE A COMPLAINT AFTER THAT YOUR PERSON CAME AND RECTIFIED ONLY ONE CONNECTION([protected]);TILL DATE NO ONE TURNED UP;AFTER THAT WE WENT NEDUMARAM EXCHANGE WE MET MR.THANGARAJ (INCHARGE) HE DIDN"T TAKE ANY ACTION ;BUT WE PEOPLE ARE UNNECESSARLY PAYING THE RENT REGULARLY, YOU KNOW ONE THING I TOO IN SERVICE FIELD, WE NEVER DO THIS FOR OUR CUSTOMER ;PLZ TAKE THE ACTION AGAINST OUR EXCHANGE AND RECTIFY THE WORK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.AND REPLY ME IN ABOVE MAIL ID.

I have registered complaint for my landline[protected] . But till date no action has bee taken . My phone always dead . in year hardly it will work for two - three month . .

i have speak so manay time with local telecome person . but no appropraite action has been taken .
this time i have took boradband . it hardly work for 5 days . and i have have to pay the telephone & broadband bill.

i hope this time my bill is taken care by the telecome department .

Please Please imporve your services otherwise one day u will loss all ur business. all telecome people lost their jobs.

So at least do something . other wise i will take legal action .

I live in Australia, My mother lives in Kerala,the landline telephone is the only source of communication with my mother.She is not well and in and out of the hospital.(Phone No [protected]) We have been compaining many times about this telephone ,but no one has any ear to hear this problem.So please consider this as an urgent request and please respond as early as possible.
