I have used land line number is[protected].This number is Dead last 2 month and i register the complaint in local area.But still not come & check.

BSNL — BSNL Tel Land line dead for last 2 months

Iam user of landline tel.[protected] Villager Sarup garh (under Imlota Sub -Exchange & Charkhi dadri tel exchange in haryana, Bhiwani distt.)for last 15 years.I am facing a great problem as my tel. remains out of order generally. Now it is totally dead for last 2 months. I tried to contact to Imlota exchange incharge, he answered that he has gone to UP (home town). Then I tried to SDE(G) Ch. dadri he never Pick up my phone. As Imlota Exchange incharge came back from UP after one month I contacted again but he said that they solving the problem but it has not been rectified/solved till Now(02.08.12). It is totally Consumer harassment and and we are facing a hevy problem due to it. I am paying all the bills timely. So, Please get it rectified and direct the concerned SDE/Incharge to ensure that these consumer services should remain function everytime. It is also requested to not to charge the rent for this period for which it is not functional.

BSNL Landline — Land phone dead from August 2012

I have booked a complain#[protected] on 08.08.2012 with Calcutta Telephones (Cossipore Exchange) as my landline was"dead" from the same date.Nothing has been done to repair the fault to make the line "live" till now.

THE LANDLINE No: [protected] HAS BEEN DEAD FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND A COMPLAINT HAD BEEN REGISTERED ON 198 AFTER THE PHONE WENT DEAD. FROM LAST WEEK I HAD BEEN CONTACTING[protected] DAILY REQUESTING SERVICE FROM BSNL FOR CORRECTING THE FAULT.THEY HAVE BEEN ASSURING ASSISTING BUT SO FAR NO SERVICE PROVIDED
