From twenty days our land phone is not working .we inform to our lokal exchange, and malappuram district office. but unfortunatly still no any follow up from our department. so here i humply requesting your office. please do somthing for us, and we are suffering too much. because we are 4 brothers are staying outside of india. now we cannot contact with our family here i hope you can understant our deficultys.

my telephone (phone no[protected] is not functioning for 2 months i have registered my complaint through call center and personally but still there is no responce for this problem . because of this we are unable to communicate with our friends and relatives . in emergency situation we feel helpless due to this. i have my old guardians and they are unable to communicate to me it really matter to me . if this is the facility bsnl provide to there loyal customers than sorry to say nobody will hardly take interset in there services in this compitative scenario. even i am also thinking to switch my services to other company. hope you would do needful work in this matter with immediate effect.

I have paid the bill upto date but I have to leave the house for 15 days due to office work and my wife went for confintment but to my surprise my land line as well as broadband was not working for for the last one week or from the date I have locked the house pl give the connection immediately I have lot work to do. Not Functioning since four months, after repeated complaints. They are giving me the updated complaint numbers whenever I call them. Tell me whether I should pay the bills or not. Suggest me in this regard.

I am a working professional and have no time in running around in departments for updating complaints. If I Call them there is no response.
