i m a sensible citizen of ahmedabad. I m using bsnl networks for landline services. we are prefering your services from more than 10 years. there is no problem from your side but from last one year we are suffering from the accecibility of our telephone bill... we were living at vasana itself where there is a plan of " lo karlo baat". our oldert land line no was 26606765.we have shifted at paldi last year. the probem is only that the plan of " lo kar lo baat" is active by your accounts and by your side. but still we dont have any benifits over it and our bill is charged as per like that there is no plan activated on it. So bassically we required the benifits of the plan . according to our bill it shows that the plan is activated but in amount due to there is no benifit of plan n thats why we are paying more ammount.. We only required that the plan "lo kar lo baat" to be activated.Due to your company's misunderstanding we are paying the more ammount than the actual price. we have complained for that many times. my father who is 75 years old; has also gone to your office located at vasana for 5 times as well.. they are also accepting that there is a fault by the companey 's side but still no actions is to be performed by your side.
we also have complained on 12th june 2013 about this only problem and they accepted that the plan is going on but there is no benifits we received by it. we are suffering from this only problem till 1 year n no action is performed by your side.as a customer of your company we want justice over it.it is not at all good for you n your company that your customers have to complain for so many time over a singe problem and your company is dull enough to solve the problem. the acesss amount which we are paying from 1 year ; we want its reward. we have complained many times over it n there is no action performed by your side .so we want the access amount back which we are paying from 1 year as well . and we also want this plan to b activated. i am providing you the necesary details about our currnt account .

we also gave a written complain on 12th june 2013 at your office located at vasana itself and they also accept that there it is company's fault but still no action is performed over it. please kindly have the actions over it within the 7 days or els we will go to the consumer cort and you are also informed that whatever the expences we have to put over it; you are the only who have to pay us that also.so kindly have a look at this problm and solve it within a week. It is the only that we have paid for the plan and we are not receiving the advantages of it.So kindly solve our probem or els we will go to the consumer cort.

    I am bsnl customer since last 20 years almost. I along with atleast 300 other peoples with bsnl landline phones in our area having trouble that our connection is cut-off since last 15 days. In last month our connection were cut-off for almost 3 weeks (21 days). Every month we are out of bsnl service.

    The main reason behind this prolong cut-off is that bsnl has laid down the telephone cable having 400 pairs of connection were theft periodically several times in last 1 year. Its almost 5th to 6th time the cable is cut down in 1 year. After every cut down of cable bsnl service goes down for atleast 15 days.

    Although it is matter of 3 days maximum to repair the cable. Everytime bsnl done the cable repair in the manner that it is very easy for any person to cut the cable. We told several time to the local bsnl exchange that please provide the good solution for cable cut but always they provide poor and average maintenance work for that and say that what can we do for that.

    If you inspect the site where cable always cut theyn you also will also recognize the quality of service the cable repair, as it is only 3 feet below the ground level in rabbani military ground near the nullah.

    The cable theft occur just after 8 days after repairing the cable. They say they were also lodge a FIR for the theft since last 1 year but all in vain as it is done almost every month now and police have nothing to say.

    Our locality customers most of them are bsnl broadband user are now planning to remove the connection and broadband service from the bsnl and opting for other private services for their telephone and internet needs.

    Please look into the matter as we are very dissapoint regarding this matter.

    Bsnl staff is also very lazy on the issue.

    BSNL — out of service for almost a month

    I would like you to please look in to this matter as its been almost a month that the telephones out of service. Its been very difficult for us as we are having no contacts with anyone due to this horrible service.
    i am so annoyed calling them up telling them to clear this problem but my efforts seems to have fallen onto deaf ears so please help me out with this problem

    bsnl boardband — frequent problems for every week

    for past 5 days line was dead, i complaint every day but they never do any thing. may be they expecting something from me or what i d'not know? very bad service.

        Good Morning,

        My name is Jubin Sebastian and I reside at Bhosari, Pune nearby the BSNL Bhosari branch. I have been facing severe horrible problems with the landline and BB especially BB services since I have taken the BB services last 6 years ago. I have still not come across any sort of resolution till today.

        I have taken a BB plan of 499UL and earlier I had a plan of 750UL home plan, but the day i had taken I am facing issues with the ADSL/Modem link which drops at every instant very frequently which causes trouble in accessing the internet. Each time I need to repeatedly connect to the BB or redial the connection. Due to poor service, several times I had to disconnect the service or downgrade the plan just to save money rather than wasting on such blunder monthly service. Several times, a line man from BSNL comes and visits the site, he resolves the problem for couple of days and then its again the same. If you check with the complaint ID, you will get ample of complaints from my LL-[protected] even that the BSNL employees are very much aware of my number too but still no proper response. Thousands of times, I have visited the office to lodge a complaint and also met some officers like Mr. Kathrki, Mr.Singh and even Mr.Habbu but as expected the same.This is highly not accepted or expected from an ISP (India's largest).

        I too work for Tata Communications, but we never provide such horrible services to our customers since i work as the L2 voice engineer. Its simply because BSNL is a Govt office, the people out there are working so badly.

        Please this is a request and kindly educate your engineers to check with all the connectivity or ADSL modem and other parameters for the link issue. I lodged complaint with telephone exchange which shows that my complaint is assigned to Telephone Engineer .

          Dear sir,
          I am using bsnl broadband service. I had no connectivity from 30 Dec 2009 to 7 Jan 2010.
          My complaint number in bsnl office is 49153.
          This was due to laziness of the lineman and some senior persons working in bsnl (Ambad, Nashik , Maharashtra)
          So it is my request to you that bill for the duration of dis connectivity should not be given to me

            Duplicate Bill

            We have applied for a new connection and got it connected. The connection was for using broadband internet connection. Since our connection, we started getting problem in interruption free service. Most of the time the connectivity is so poor that it is difficult to perform any work on internet. Every day we call the service provider and he visit and give different explanations. But the reality is that we are not getting the desired services.br...

            This is to bring in your kind notice that i had disconnected my wimax connection number[protected] months back . i have given my application at Rialto chowk office. i also cofirmed about disconnection of my wimax connection but yesterday i received email that my bill is due and bill amount is Rs.258. Kindly check it otherwise i have to move to consumer court for such mistake.

              My BSNL land line phone[protected]with associated Broadband connection) is not working for the last 15 days. Complaint was lodged through phone and despite repeated reminders BSNL is careless for the rectification of problem. BSNL complaint registration facility does work to generate a complaint. When talked to BSNL officials at Rawatbhata BSNL office, vague assurances are given every time and it has not been attended even once. Due to poor mobile signals I am unable to use a wireless device for internet access. Many of my important transactions and communications are hampered due to negligence of BSNL.

              Land line — Land Phone not working

              I have already raised complaint "[protected]" through Portal , and also registred complaint ivr . Since telephone is not working from last saturday ,no initiatiive so far done from the concerned department .I have talked to our neigbhours also they are all planing to change provider due to telephone fault.

              Request your kind attention to my complaint. This messge send on 06.12.10 but bounced becos of your server probelm. If the complaint id not working how the grivence cell can help the customer.

              My home connection at Trivandrum, Jagathy[protected] is not working from last Tueday (30.11.10) which was complained on 01.12.10 and BSNL docket no[protected] . Till today no response from the department. I contacted the JTO on 04.12.10 from Abu Dhabi and got the info that becos of drainage problem connection will be getting on Monday (06.12.10). Today when I contacted the office irresponsible, irretating replies are getting.

              As I am depending BSNL for all my communication, I could not communicate to my house in these days. It is highly regrettable that customers complaints are not attending in time, people like me have to find out other options..

                  BSNL — Taking bills without use of phone

                  I am the customer of BSNL, Faridabad, Haryana by last two years. By last two months my landline phone is not working which no is[protected] but they are sending bills in accurate time for rental. I have complaint about it atleast 20 times to the different-different officers of the concerned department but they always tell a lie. They have got the govt. job but don't want to do the work. They are wasting time and money of our country. Please tell me if anyone knows how i can teach a lesson to these types of people.

                  BSNL — Sending extra bill in every month

                  sir I'm using 500c broadband plan of bsnl. I have 175 free call per month in this plan. so i complete call count with in 160 every month. but they bsnl sending me 25 to 30 rs call charge in my bill though my no of calls with in free limit. i checked Bsnl web site for cal details it also showing my call counts with in 175. but when i complain in my local exchange they are saying call details don't include local BSNL no. its only show the calls to mobile and wll phone. what should i do now??

                  I have been using BSNL broadband for the past four months. My phone number is[protected]. I activated BSNL Gaming free trial for one month. I had a call from BSNL officials stating me the trial is to be ended.So I decided to deactivate them and replied the executive who called me from BSNL to end my game plan. But I have been charged Rs.200(game plan fee) extra every month for four months. Please give me a solution as soon as possible. I am highly frustrated of this act.                     I just thought i would share the difficulty I had regarding an error in my phone bill. The entire incident was tiresome and further complicated by an uncooperative commercial officer. My experience could possibly help someone who is in a similar situation. Well here goes...

                    I had applied for a change of internet plan from a limited to unlimited plan (which cost about 750 rs). However at the end of the month, the bill amounted to 50000+ rs.
                    When I went over to the commercial officer he asked that my letter be presented so he could ensure that I hadnt made an error (I had neglected to take a xerox copy of the letter for myself). The peon brought over the letter and I could see that I hadnt made an error. In fact, the commercial officer had struck out my request and made a correction which resulted in my being given a LIMITED plan. To his credit, he didn't dispute that he made the change (he had signed for the change). He did however insist that I pay the full amount (50000+ rs.)
                    This was the start of endles trips to his office, pleading with him to reconsider. Wanting to not antagonize him, I remained deferential throughout and kept pointing out that I did nothing wrong.
                    I considered Consumer court but it was overly cumbersome (multiple visits to the court which my job wouldnt have permitted).

                    Finally, a helpful official from the Accounts department came to my rescue.
                    On his behest I filed an official complaint letter and submitted it to the C.O (this time I took a copy) and to the accounts dept. When a matter is under complaint BSNL cannot make an automatic deduction from your bank account. Neither can they stop the internet service.
                    I stopped my visits and calls to the CO. After 2 weeks he began calling me back and offering rebate schemes. I held firm and refused to pay anything more than the original amount (rs. 750).

                    After 2 months the matter was sorted out. He apologized to me. I paid the amount that was due and the issue was finally closed.

                    FYI, I have heard from friends of mine that had mistakenly ordered the wrong plan and then were charged for excess usage. In their case they had to pay the full amount (in one case rs. 1,50,000).
                    My matter was resolved quickly only because the error was on the part of the CO.

For last 5-6months in my phone value added services astrology services,Jokes have been activated by the company without my consent. Per month Rs15 for astrology and Rs 15 for jokes is being deducted.                       BSNL — STARTING OF VALUE ADDED SERVICE WITHOUT PERMISSION OR REQUEST

                      I have a mobile phone no. [protected]. I made a top up of Rs. 50/- on 6th April 2011. Within three days my balance got reduced to Rs.35/-. On enquiry I came to know that amount is cut due to value added service. There is no body to listen the complaint except to send a msg for stopping the value added service in their format only. It also takes 48 hrs to cut that service. I never want any type of value added service in my mobile and service provider start this services without my concurrence or request. This is second time, it has happened after top up of amout. Requested to look into and stop this type of chitting the coustomer. They should start this service only after we submit the code number, which they shoud sent by SMS in simillar fashion of net banking followed in SBI.

                      My mobile no.- [protected] that was barred/restricted for outgoing & incoming facilities since August. When i was contacted to customer care they told me to resubmit My ID for reactivation. That time I was in Ahmedabad & when I come to Basti In November I was submitted ID. And its now about more than 1 week but haven`t activate my mob. no. till now date 05/12/2011.

                      Please find this problem & resolve it as soon possible.

                        I had bought a BSNL EVDO Card with an unlimited All-Over-Kerala plan... The all over kerala pplan gets me connected to all the EVDO towers in the state and to CDMA towers in my home district and it's nearby district...
                        The network of EVDO towers in Kerala is so poor that there is only one tower per city and so you have to be inside the bus stations or shopping malls to access these towers... And also, there is no EVDO tower in the vicinity of my home...

                        When i asked them of changing the plan to Home Plan, the y said that this is possible only if i was renting th modem, but since i bought it from them, i cannot change the plan...

                        The all over State plan drains about Rs.638 from my pocket per month... while the Home Plan costs only Rs.338...

                        Anyone got any idea how to change my plan or whom to contact...?

                            Student — Modem malfunctioning

                            My ADSL modem is not functioning for 4-5days.I've net connection but whenever I try to dial to connection, an error message 692 appears saying the modem is not functioning properly.

                            The BB connection was installed on 28/11/2009 against the landline ph. no.[protected] at my residence.The internet service was available up to 19th November.Then PC shows modem faliure.I've requested to the concerned dept. several times to repair the modem when it started malfunctioning from 20/11/2009.The complain was made at Panihati Office.In this regard they send their representatives but it remained non-functioning and the connection is out of order from then.Being dissatisfied I've surrendered my BB connection on 13/01/2010.we have got services for 20 days,but bill reflects charges from October last 2 days to December and a security deposit also.No service in BB has available,so shall I've to pay for that?

                            Excess BB usage+Installation fee+Security deposit+Telephone Call charge may be ur bill.

                            I applied for broadband and got connection in april 2010.
                            They also charged for modem which is non returnable non refundable.
                            It might have worked for about one month or so..
                            The landline condtion was unfit. DSL was missing and so no surfing was possible. I tried to get the same corrected by lineman/ wireman. Meanwhile the compalint registering system of BSNL was not in place (for few months).
                            I followed them continously but no hearing was given to me.
                            At the end I applied for disconnection of broadband. The bills for broadband continued even when it was not funcytional from end of May 2010( invoice no.[protected], [protected], [protected]) However bill continued and no correction to the bill was made.
                            I even approached accounts officer with an application for correction of these bills he said "now everything is controlled from Pune".
                            To add to this they disconnected my landline for non payment of these unsolicited bills since one month.
                            I think broadband will not gienerate any revenue to BSNL rather it will further provide a platform for landline disconnections.
                            I have even seen 'High Value Broadband corporates appllying for closure of broadband.
                            Presently I just hope that my landline will continue ( it is about 20 years+ old number) as it is known to all friends and relatives.

                            BSNL — overbilling

                            i had 3g usb stick with unlimited plan for 1500/- approx per month. without any intimation they changed my plan from 18 feb 2011 to god knows which plan. after that i came to know about this changes in my bill generated on 8 march (RS 100088/-). i went ahead and asked for disconnection on 15 march with a formal letter acknowledged by the cto in charge. but still it has not been disconnected and this month yet again i got a bill of 2 lacs. pls help what should i do next.

                              I am having BSNL telephone 2403223 at my residence at Kanpur and also have broad band connection on this telephone. Since last 15 days my broadband wad not workinf smoothly so I made an online complaint over the BSNL website.
                              to my surprice, instead of this problem being resolved; now telephone is totally out of order since last 10 days. I tried to get it resolved but it has been told that this is due to cable cutting. I can not understand that how a cable cut can make only one telephone out of order whereas all the other telephones adjoining my house are working properly?
                              I tried to contact on of the supervisor, as directed by GM's office, who in turn asked me to contact somebody and so on.
                              IIS IT MY FAULT THAT I AM HAVING BSNL CONNECTION AND I AM FULL DAY REQUIRED TO FOLLOWUP WITH THE RED TAPE MECHANISM OF BSNL? THEN WHO WILL PERFORM MY OFFICIAL DUTIES, IT IS REALLY VERY FRUSTATING.
                              it is requested to kindly take strong measures over this so that consumers are not cheated like this.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Since a long time i am not getting the telephone bills addressed to my residence address. everytime i have to go to BSNL office and collect the duplicate biil for making payments. This was personnally brought to the notice of the Psot Master, Adipur. He informed me to produce the duplicate bill collected by me from BSNL office. my land line No. is[protected]. Also like to inform that my relatives informed me over phone that the had posted wedding invitations in my address, regrett to state that i have not received the same. I lost miminum 4 to 5 wedding invitations in transit. Hope i will get a favourable reply from the department.

                                  the recharge RC 399 gives 900 Min as per the information from the website today that is 08/08/2013 when i recharged through online 2G/3G voice pack but after recharging i got only 375 Min on-net and 375 Min off-net when i called up customer care they hanged up my call and i cannot connect to bsnl care using my number [protected]. later i called using other number the information is that they will change in the website later, and its problem from the customer they say that "sorry for the inconvenience caused to you we cant do any thing" . see how bsnl people are playing with customers.

                                    I Mr.Samaresh Jana, residing in Belghoria at Kolkata-56. actualy on 19th of the month december 2009 i recharge 20 rupees by easy recharge system. but till the date i am not getting the recharge money.even i am given the complain about this matter in there customer care service. every time they given me complain number and taken time to give the recharge money.but till the date the process is undergone.they spend my time and other work also.

                                    we have duducted an amount of Rs.220 from my online sbi account for recharge of bsnl mobile, but the amount was not credited into my mobile.

                                    insted of getting free messeg i got talktime.
                                    i dont get any messge as printed on that vocher.
                                    i have done complain about it in the call center of bsnl but they are saying to go to dealer
                                    i have gone to dealer but he is saying it is bsnl company's mistake i cant do anything.
                                    then i again call the call center so they told me again to go to bsnl office
                                    i gone there but there there were so many complainants there there so i dont go to officer for an hour.

                                    why i have to go here and there for their mistake?

                                    if a call center cant solve the problem what is use of it?
